Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you accept the following terms:

General Terms

◈Any artwork produced by me can't be used to distribute "non-fungible tokens" (NFTs) or to learn\train generative Artificial Intelligence models of any kind.◈The commissioner (a person ordering a commission) should contact me via available social media accounts:Tumblr Direct Messages (@wyvernwyrm)
Discord (wyvwyrm)◈The commissioner is requested to send a message with a detailed description of an artwork/idea they want ordered, as well as relevant references.◈Any artwork produced by me is for personal noncommercial use by default. I hold the copyright to my artworks and I hold the right to showcase it in any way in the future (in future price lists as an artwork example, via social media, etc.)◈For commercial purposes (e.g. using my artwork for selling/advertising a product/service/etc.), the copyright signing over for the artwork must be paid in additional 100% of the artwork's price.◈I have the right to refuse my services if I'm uncomfortable with the terms of the commission.◈I have the right to post the final artwork, as well the progress of it, on my social media unless the commissioner explicitly states that they want it to not be shared publicly.◈When the commissioner showcases my artwork on social media, credit must be provided.

Payment | Refunds | Cancellation

◈Payment for a commission should be provided via PayPal or Monobank. I'm not responsible for any fees that may be requested by these services.◈100% of the payment is provided after the sketch approval.◈I provide no refunds if the payment was done through PayPal system. If payment was done via Monobank, I will provide a 50% refund.◈The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at any stage. If the commission was cancelled with artwork already in the progress, the commissioner will receive the artwork in a state it was at the cancellation.◈The price may vary depending on the complexity of an ordered artwork. The price may be negotiated via available messaging options.

Work process

◈After the commissioner provides their desired idea/references for the artwork and the commission is accepted by me, the commissioner will receive a rough sketch according to their description and terms. If the sketch is approved, then the payment should be provided. After these steps, I will begin to work on your commission.◈The commissioner may ask for up to 3 revisions during the sketch approval stage free of charge.◈The commissioner has the right to request up to 2 revisions after the sketch approval stage free of charge. For further revisions, the commissioner should provide 20% of the full artwork price for each instance of revision.◈I work at my own pace, although I'll try to provide the artwork as soon as possible. If the commissioner wants a certain deadline, this has to be negotiated before the beginning of sketch approval stage. The commission price may vary depending on the deadline.◈The commissioner has the right to request WIP updates. They also can request a video recording of a commission process for an additional fee (must be negotiated before the beginning of the sketch approval stage).

The prices listed above may be negotiated and discussed with the commissioner before and during the sketch approval stage.

DO's and DON'Ts

Everything that isn't listed below can be negotiated via private messages. In general, I don't have a lot of strict preferences regarding art. I may be inexperienced to a varying degree regarding "may do's", but I'm always open to challenging myself. I will try my best to satisfy commissioners regardless of experience.
